popping noise solved maf sensor faulty,cleaned and away she goes

not a bad job ,got remove cat, rear heat sheild ,connector on houseing, a little tricky to disconect,don,t over tight houseing and cooler bolts ,i tighterned up to 10nm, be careful takeing coolant pipe of aux water pump hope this helps ,oh yes when takeing houseing off coolant can enter oil...

well hi people found where popping noise comeing from,its the throttle body gasket leaking and causeing air to enter and escape.waiting on gasket.for anyone got these issues the throttle body is a arse to get to and some times will slip of completely ,its worth a check as this can cause loads...

just a comment from a old git lol,i worked on many cars from morris marinas ,to marine engines, these rcz need good oil spark plugs and filters,its as simple as that,sensors do effect the car with odd issues ,but hey shit happens,get code reader that sort it out,only issue is the jacking point...

well up date cleaned turbo, bought boost pressure sensor,maf sensor checked all vacuum ok car starts fine runs fine only issue now when starting from cold get a popping sound and rough idel then sorts it self out ,i going to replace back timeing selonoid,i pretty sure its that ,outherwise idle...

found issue the postive battery lead has come loose between engine fuse box ,happy days ,no main dealer ,lol reset bsi all clear
