Another injector fork broke today.i checked the torque all ok .then after 10 minutes drive another fork broke ! So now new copper washer.ream the injector hole. Everything clean. This is 3rd time!

I finally figured out what was causing the injector clamps to break ' I would torque the bolts to 7nm - then after a 10 minute drive I would check the torque again all ok. Then after another 5 min drive- check torque again all ok Then after another 5min drive check again. This time...

My rcz012 has broken 6 clamps I tried different torques new bolts engine mounts.at this stage is am renenforcing the new ones with a run of weld on both sides of the new ones, just about room for that- so far they are holding

you can if it's on the outside- but the perspex degrades over time. so nothing you can do to get it clear

anyone here can help solve the mystery. i was changing the oil filter in s 012 rcz 2ltr diesel. there are two pressure release valves one in the bowl and one in the lid or cap ! no one can tell me what is the correct way . not on Google...and the so- called experts in the dealers dont...
