Okay I need some help here. Someone else has listed MY car on eBay, not sure what to do about it. They don't own the car, I still do. I've reported the item, but am not sure what else I can do.

That's true. If all else fails I have someone I can sell it to for quite a bit lower than I want to, but that's a last resort.

I have put it up for sale at a more reasonable price for what it is. Decided it's better for me just to take the hit, but I still can't see myself having much success selling it, given the situation.
