Back tail brake light

Back tail brake light
Hi all I have a 62 plate Rcz, the back tail brake light has started to flicker when I’m breaking,dose this mean it needs a new one ? If so is it an easy fix ? & has anyone got an idea how much one cost? Cheers & looking forward to hearing your thoughts- Gazza007
