It seems that the Eastern version does not (or less) cover the following countries: Andorra, France, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Monaco, Portugal and Spain but has additional (or better) coverage for: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Turkey...
