Hi, 1. Is Bluetooth turned on, on your phone? If so, turn it off and see if the car still shows that pairing screen on you start it up. 2. Don't think this is possible. Maybe by plugging in a laptop and messing with some stuff you could do it but not through standard car buttons.

The original recommended oil was Total Quartz Ineo 5w/40 which is a bit thicker so you can use either.
