Xenon Light Adjustment RHD to LHD

My car is RHD with Xenon Lights and I need to change this to LHD as I am now on the Continent.

Do I need to change my whole light?, the Motors, or can they just be adjusted?

It’s about 8 years since I looked, but I thought I remembered something in the settings asking which you wanted, RHD or LHD. My step-son has the car at the moment so I can’t check, but someone on here probably has a better memory than me.
