Would you buy this Space Saver Tyre?

I’m about to buy this space saver; from an Italian business seller on eBay.
Has anyone bought from them?
Any reason I shouldn’t go ahead?

Depending on price ? I bought a full original wheel for £160 on ebay stuck a cheap tyre on it & away you go
