I have scheduled the walnut blasting for my 1,6 THP 200 at a Mini/BMW specialist (Peugeot specialists do not offer it in Slovenia).

But since its not the Peugeot specialist, they cannot get the inlet manifold gasket which must be replaced after the blast, so I must buy it myself.

Do anyone have the product number? Apparently there are slight differences between Mini and Peugeot.

Cannot help you with the parts no.
But are you going to take some before/after pics from the intake?

The Netherlands but Italian :)
In Google I found 0348S9 but I see reported also11 61 7 528 340 that is a BMW part number.
Just confirm with the seller before you buy.

For anyone wanting to know the results of the walnut blasting.

My intake valves were not as dirty as they should be after 120.000 km which means, they were cleaned before. But since I have had the car for the last 10.000 I had no idea (the previous owner did not mention it and to be fair, I had no idea such a procedure exists so I did not even ask).

I paid 180€ for it + 19€ for the intake collector gaskets I had to buy beforehand.

The difference in performance is minimal firsthand. Although, the car accelerates more evenly now when cold. Especially in first and second gear.

Very good results and thanks a lot for the pics!

Sure, you will hardly "feel" any performance gains but overall the engine will work "better" than before, especially on low revs.

My R also had only very little residue sitting in the intake ports (I posted some pics in that long thread about my R on this forum). The difference, if a lot or not that much residue sits within the intake comes from your driving profile. I used my R on long hauls, autobahns, etc. and hardly ever for city driving. At the end the famous "italian tune up" was sufficient for my engine to do the clean up. Maybe your RCZ was in similar hands before which is always good for an engine.
I also did not spot any performance difference before and after. The only difference I noticed was the engine running smoother on idle.

That's be very good price for walnut blasting to me! Keen to do mine at some point but I am sure will be more expensive than that. But first I need to sort out my coolant issue which I believe is the thermostat housing.

Yes the price was very competitive. BMW dealer quoted me 370€ and Peugeot dealer 500€.
