Valve stem seals replacement - Garage recomendations please.

It appears that the RCZ burns quite a bit of oil when idle and, most likely, will need the valve stem seals to be replaced.

Has anyone done this before? Any garage recommendations? I am located in Chislehurst, South East of London.

You sure its not carbon build up as its a known issue with direct injection the valves don't close fully so oil seeps past & get burn off?
