£235 sounds too cheap. The kit is nearly £200 I believe, and that’s not garage prices. So working on garage labour costs, it seems they’re going to get the job done in @ 2 minutes
I had the timing chain, tensioners, guides, etc, on mine replaced last month and it was nearer £700
You might just get the tensioner done for £200-300
Warranty sounds a bit pointless, warranty company picked up the full bill on mine.
Mine was a grand at Scunthorpe Peugeot.
Luckily I had the money, because they "had never dealt" with the warranty company I'd used.
So I had to pay and claim it back.
