Can't seem to find replacement rocker cover for THP200 which I believe is the same for R as well.

PSA Cylinder Head Valve Cover 0248.S7.

Searching around found that the one for Mini 11127646552 might fit.

Wondering if someone here has tried this.

All imported & non refundable ? Go check parts websites in UK for OEM No's there are quite a few who show the correct fitment data then its just a matter of price & shipping cost

Forgot to say links were just examples. Found one for Mini on ebay so might buy from there to see if it fits.

I can't find 0248.S7 or equivalent Febi 102240 in UK. Places like Autodoc has one by FAI https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/0248s7 which suggests the Mini one on ebay should fit.

Just hoping to see whether anyone else has used the Mini's one.

Decided to buy the one which is listed for a Mini from Neo Brothers. Chatting to someone from there they suggest it should be the same as 0248S7. Fingers crossed it fits.

Probably the same cover as the top end in the 1.6 princes are identical in size the thing that baffles me is why after their removal they will not reseal correctly I know they must be absolute clean as a new pin before refit as Peugeots own data suggests but I wonder if once their unbolted & refitted that makes them warp out of shape through loss of torque?

Will hopefully be able to tell you by end of next week as taking car to a garage on Wed. I bought this one TVT Mini Cylinder Head Valve Cover 11127646552 | 11127646552 | Neo Brothers Searching on Google seems to suggest should be compatible for THP200/R. I'm taking a gamble as can't find anything else.

Thanks for the reply I took my car to.my.mates garage and thankfully the pcv cover comes off and got a new one from euro car parts 18 quod and fitted it straight on so don't need to change the whole rocker cover. The pcv valve was rotten and definitely needed changing and my friend said that's why I was getting the smoke. Hopefully it's sorted as the car has cost me a fortune these last couple of weeks as I needed a new turbo

Glad to hear replacing the PCV was nice and cheap. Ouch for needing a new turbo.

Touchwood mine generally been OK, however, I don't really get to use it that much. There is definitely some leak around my rocker cover so really hoping this Mini cover fits. Car is losing coolant at the moment and it looks to be the thermostat housing. Access looks to be difficult so getting an independent specialist to do that and going to get him to do the rocker cover as well. Originally I was going to do the rocker cover myself.

Hi mate cheers for the reply. Yeah I'm glad it was cheap as the turbo cost me 1200 quid to replace it. I thought it was just the turbo I needed but it turned out I needed new oil return/ feed pipe new vvt solenoid valves in let and outlet and to strip down some other valve that needed cleaning. I'm starting to realise these cars are a money pit when you read how many problems people have with them.

Like any car you can get problems and rack up big bills in the pursuit to solve them.

For your info the rocker cover I bought for the Mini is fine. Supposedly in the past Mini owner's would buy Peugeot's ones as they were cheaper. Fortunately, in my case only Mini's one was the cheapest and available and luckily it's exactly the same.
