Removing The Roof Arches, Will it leak?

Hi All,

I'm thinking of having my wheels refurbished and getting my roof arches sprayed at the same time.

My question is, If I remove the roof arches and continue to use the car until they are sprayed will the doors leak if it rained?

The door seal clips to the chassis not the removable arches, so I wouldn’t have thought it would be a problem. No rain for a few more days at least anyway
