Radio issue

Hi everyone .
im having a bit of an issue with my radio . I have the car a year now and shortly after I got it it started showing usb error and wouldn’t play my YouTube music ,through my iPhone , that didn’t bother me too much as it still played my iPod , the stalk use to control the CD player too but not anymore . The big issue I have with it now happened yesterday when I was finishing a call on Bluetooth there was a weird glitch sound and now the radio has frozen on me and won’t work , can’t turn it off , I even tried turning off the engine and restart the car to see if that would work but nothing. ...... in short ,,,,, hellpppppp lol has anyone any ideas to what will fix this issue ,,, I could try a hammer lol any thoughts anyone ???

Do you know which model head unit you have, there are ways of trying a reset, but it depends which radio is fitted.
