Postcode ?

Hi.newbie here.picked my R up today.
Is it possible to use postcodes in sstnav.it is a 2015 year.with blutooth.thanks mark

yes you can use postcodes, but depends if your head unit is upto date as to wether you can use 5 or 7 digit post code.

You can input postcodes, but you need the latest software (firmware). It’s also a good idea to update the maps and speed cams to the latest versions too.

You will have at least 5 digit postcodes.

You may already have firmware the is high enough to get 7 digit postcodes.

You can get 7 digit postcodes with version 2.80 or higher, you may also need at least 2014 maps.

To enter a postcode select nav, then destination, make sure your country matches where your postcode destination is, ie Swansea the country is Wales.
In the next field where you can also put a town/city enter your postcode, you can if you want put in the house number but not necessary.
Then proceed to the next screens.
