The RCZ R will be needing it's annual service in April. I really don't want to Peugeot Aberdeen as they are infuriatingly useless.

Is there any good specialists? Everyone seems focussed on the German brands.

What about costs? What does the R cost to service? It'll be the 5th and 5 year old service due to the dealer servicing it early when I bought it.

This has got a whole lot more complicated with the current Coronavirus crisis. Looks like garages are closing too.

There really is little support from what I see in Scotland. I was surprised to find that the Peugeot dealer in Aberdeen doesn't feature on the Peugeot website as a service agent.

Does anyone have the actual service regime for the R?

Cheers.

That is my chain of thought. There is a local Mini/BMW garage that I know is good.

I've read in the past that the spark plugs specific to the R are only available through Peugeot. Not sure if that's correct?

I find that odd unless Peugeot are making their own? Basically you have the Prince Engine so therefore it should be compatible to put Bosch Platinum/ Iridium or NGK Iridium I put the NGK iridium in a 200 GT & have had no issues there is nothing to stop you buying a service kit bits & getting a local lad to do a service its simple there is nothing hard about the basic mechanics of these cars that anyone with limited mechanical Knowledge wouldn't be able to do to complete a full services & the internet has made it so easy to understand
Europarts listing for RCZ Rs
NGK BKr6equp Platinum
NGK Ifr7g11ks Iridium
Bosch wr6dpo Platinum
Bosch Fr6li332s Iridium
These are listed for your car

The R doesn't share plugs.

The brake Alcon brake discs are also only available through Peugeot.

Post 6 here comes up on a search highlighting the availability.

Using the registration plate of an R on ECP shows up no spark plugs suitable. Same with all the other spark plug sites too.

There is a lot of confusion on this site to what the right plugs are. The same code has been given a couple of times, but doesn't show up.

I have no issues carrying out maintenance if I could work out the right numbers. However, I'm just looking to have it done by a recognised garage to keep some merit in my service book.

Why not take a plug out now & check for your own reference guides? Apparently NGK ILZKR8C have been used in the R with no issues showing so I would guess you can put in NGKs
