I came back to my car to a nice green paint scrape along the side which I "think" will wash off! I'm going to wash it shortly, any advice appreciated

If it doesn't wash off, it may well polish off

I had a similar markon my bonnet, I think it was a stone. I went over it several times with Dodo Juice Lime Prime. Came out eventually with no marking to the surrounding paint.
