Hello, yes I am a 'newbie'

I am based in Birmingham (United Kingdom). I am interested in finding reputable-reliable sources spare parts (second-hand), and at the moment I am looking for an 'engine splash shield.'

Also looking to receive and share RCZ information with forum members.

The plastic 'engine splash shield' is also described as 'soundproofing under engine and gearbox' has a Peugeot part number - 00008108, plus screws/washers/cage screws. I was quoted a total of £393. The local Citroen-Peugeot service workshop it was just for sound-proofing? However, there are a lot of engine bay electronics these days and can also act as a water proofing/stone guard.

Is there a good source of second-hand Peugeot spare parts in UK? Or specialist Peugeot scrap yard?

All ideas welcome.

Online breakers is about the only option you enter your email & they do the rest usually within a couple of days there are a few Zs being broken as parts keep appearing on ebay meaning the whole car is being stripped
