Nasty crash there mate hope she's recovered well. Mine was ligement damage broken leg in two places one year later neck still clicking and knee pain. Change of subject wierd thing is I've never noticed these cars much but over last week I've come across 4 with 2 living around me. Once I'm ready I'll make a point of chatting with them see what they think.

I know so many owners through this forum, and the weird thing is, most people only come to the forum cos they have a problem with their Z, yet everybody loves their Z sooooo much. Some owners are now on their 3rd RCZ. Some even have 2 at the same time (at least 2 forum members).
I have had mine 5 years now and I never keep cars that long, but I have no plans to change for the foreseeable. Just can’t imagine a car I would want more than my Z.
One thing to bear in mind when reading these pages, as I pointed out above, most people come here because of a problem. The vast majority of owners don’t have any issues at all, or just the minor ones you can get with any car, so don’t let the faults you read about put you off.👍(5 years ownership & one of the most reliable cars I’ve ever owned).

Very true I've read they're reliable cars. Think I'll be looking for the 1.6 petrol a little frightened about all this diesel stuff going on now.

The diesel is a 163bhp beast. It’s supposed to be bullet proof (engine wise).
The petrol comes in 3 flavours, 156, 200 & of course the 270 bhp R.
The 200 was the fastest car Peugeot had made until the R came along, and even the 156 is far from a slouch.
You have a choice of 2 levels of spec. Sport is the “entry” level, but is still awesome, then the GT was top spec.
There are various “packs” that were available as an option, these include sat nav, xenon headlights, colour coding, and even quad exhausts, although the latter has proved to be a very popular 3rd party after market add-on.

I think by far the most popular ”pack” has proved to be the “vision” pack, which is basically directional xenon headlights. These things are better than superb.

Whichever model you settle on, whatever level of equipment, and however many “packs” or lack of, your car has, it will be about the best looking car you are ever likely to own.
Its quite hard to describe the feeling really. I’ve had good looking cars, I’ve had fast cars, but I’ve never had a car that 5 years on, I still look for reflections in shop windows as I drive past, and always look round at least twice when a I park up.

Get one & you'll understand 😁

Well I am a little bit bias as I have a Hdi and was so impressed with the performance and the third gear is unreal. So from looking at the cars there's no way to tell what engine is in it until you start the engine.
As DKZ said some have two.... So in September I got the wife one for her birthday , what do you think _20191201_162300.JPG_20191124_155555.JPG_20191201_162353.JPG_20191124_155534.JPG_20191201_162525.JPGthe Grey Lady is mine and Blondie is the wife's
So if your ever around York keep an eye out you might just see one of these sexy looking RCZs
Stay lucky 🍀 and drive safe
