Hi only had my lovely RCZ a month or so. I got free car wash for year. Went first and last and fella randomly started spray8ng my alloys then before I new it roll bars. By time I got home. I had all white dull spray marks all over roll bars. I'm gutted my new car anyone else experienced this. Or is it an insurance job. If it is I w8ll fight tooth and comb not paying access. There rotten job. Can anyone help me with what to do. I'm a damsel in distress. Thanks all Sarah .

Hi Sarah, I think you mean water marks on the alloy roof arches?
These should come off with some Autoglym tyre and trim gel or something similar but you will have to keep up with them as they do water stain over time

The previous owner paid extra 1000 to have inside and out specialist protected when she purchased it. They were bran new looking before. So they now need up keep from now on its an endless battle then really. I have before and after pictures thankfully. , so head office said they will investigate it. I'm on them now. If I bought it like it is now. I would of paid less cash for car. That's for sure . I'm gutted

Savage attack !! Hey . I only went to car wash as got 12 free with car insurance . I politely told them to stick the rest up there u know what. Its a win win for insurance company if you pay access. I asked for a bloody halfords voucher 20 pound to try and rectify the problem. My poor new car.
