Im a young lad and only recently purchased my 2.0 hdi rcz and just wanted to say hello.

Welcome you’re not just a young lad, you’re a lucky young lad I wish the RCZ had been around when I was young, but tbh if it had been, I wouldn’t have been able to afford one.

Lewis like DKZ said very lucky but wow what a car to have and love the colour but I might be bios as I have a Hdi RCZ in mercury grey too.. Any questions just ask someone on the forum is too happy to help... So all there is to say is..

mercury grey is a great colour

Welcome. I too wonder about the insurance - I'm seriously looking for one, and it doesn't look too bad for a guy my age - I've been quoted an extra £86 to replace the Citroen C3 on a multi policy, but no doubt I'll have to add my 15 yo in a couple of years or so...

My old C-reg Mark 1 Toyota MR2 often had steam coming out, towards the end of the mid-90s, tbh... Radiator pipes often blocked, being very long, AIUI....
It would go very well, for about 15km...

The insurance is not too bad thankfully for my second year of driving it comes to only £1500 without a black box which I dont think is too bad in comparison to other drivers my age

No worries.
Bloody 'ell. Ours is under £500, for both cars - and includes the house and contents! (N.B. Not yet an RCZ...)
Drive carefully to build up that no claims bonus! And stay lucky, as Verminator always says...

Mine has just been renewed on a multi car policy with Admiral. I paid a bit more this year as I’ve put my step-son on as he’s been back here from Thailand where he lives, since the start of lockdown. I paid £186 this year.
