Insurance companies are a law unto themselves no rhyme or reason and I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to tell you why themselves!

We recently sold a property to a couple in their 60’s. We kept in touch with them for a while after the sale. He told me his wife was insured through Sheilas wheels & when she contacted them to change address it put her car insurance down by £30.
When he contacted his provider, I think he said it was LV, they said his premium was going up by £50. They couldn’t explain why his wife’s company put hers down while his went up. He cancelled.
