I bought a spare from Fish Bros on internet for circa £160 del. There was a chap repairing them on ebay for around £100.

Hi there and welcome to the forum. The middle brake light LEDs are known to go its a shame the price is so high as I do see many RCZs with LEDs out hope you can get sorted

There is a German firm selling new units on ebay for around £100 but they won’t ship to the UK directly so if you’ve got someone in Europe that you know who could forward it on to you it may be a cheap solution.
