Heater not working!

Hi it’s bloody winter and the heating has stopped working - or not as it usually was.

Car has only 11k miles

Car has water and other relevant fluids

Car was fully Serviced October 2017

I was told that I need to fill up the gas canister for air con only - does this affect the heating?

Pls help!

Love my rcz but hate expensive repairs!

the refrigerant is only required if you use a/c. this should not prevent the ordinary blower heater from working and putting out hot air. have you checked the fuses under the bonnet that relate to the heater control unit? check in the handbook and it will show you which fuse covers the heater.

Does the temperature reach it's normal level? If not, or too slowly: broken thermostat.
