Headlight washer Jet & Turbo Pipe

I took my car into the dealer yesterday as it had an engine warning light on it for 5 weeks (I couldn't get booked in till then which leads me to believe they're more interested in selling cars in North East than maintenance as it was the same in all 3 peugeot garages).

Anyway I also mentioned the headlight washer on the passenger side not working. It had been sticking out a few weeks ago and I pushed it back in, in hindsight I should have probably pressed the jets and see if it worked it's way back in but I pushed it. Long story short I have snapped the very end of the washer jet so it's now just squirting against the cover but I have been quoted £241 to replace it!!! I had a brief look on a few websites btu can't see the part I am looking for, I can see Citroen parts that look very similar but am guessing they're not. Does anyone know a cheaper way to get this fixed, i.e. where I can get the replacement part at a sensible price, given it's probably a 1" piece of plastic that's snapped.

Now on to my next problem, The engine warning light. I have been told and shown (in a video from the diagnostic) that the turbo pipe has a "few" pinholes in it and also my backbox has a hole in it. The backbox had a hole at MOT but passed and that was last August so I tend to think the engine warning light is due to the turbo pipe. It is drawing in too much atmospheric air (the pipe looks like a long thin metal pipe leading from the turbo down into the engine chamber). Again I got quoted £250 for this to be repaired but I don't know if that is a bad price or not. It seems steep for what it is and it looks like the pipe is easily accessible from having the car up on a lifter.

Lastly the hole in the backbox, it has been caused by erosion and probably not taking it on long drives at any point in the last few years. It is a decent size hole at the point the exhaust enters the backbox and I was quoted for the replacement of the exhaust from the clip before the backbox to the clip after the backbox on one side of the tail pipes (the other I assume is part of the replaced item as he didn't mention the other side). My exhaust is on the GT Line which is similar to the R exhaust in that it's one each side. I was quoted £1,500 for this which seems ridiculous so I will be going for a 2nd quote and also might even look at getting an exhaust made from steel to stop it corroding.
Does anyone know if I got a steel replacement whether it would be classed as a modification and I'd need to let my insurance company know? I'd be getting it as close to the original part as possible if not identical, but if it would be classed as a modification I'd ask if they can make the sound quieter as I like a silent run :)

if anyone has any thoughts on this or can offer advice it would be much appreciated.

In the meantime I will try and get 2nd or 3rd quote and see what the custom exhaust fabricator quotes come back with

Have you asked about repair the hole as there's a lot of garages that do this before they sell cars as to make more money out of the car they are selling

Yeah the garage I have as a back-up would probably do a repair job. I just don't know if it's false economy as it's down to wear and tear corrosion so presume it would just spread and need doing again, in maybe a year?

So I got the turbo pipe replaced (turns out it is a dealer only part so the price was fair) and also got bad part of the the exhaust cut out, replaced and welded with a lifetime guarantee (the place that did is reputable and being that far back in the exhaust assume that is nothing to do with the issue the garage told me about today).
After the turbo pipe was replaced the engine light came on a few weeks later (back in June). I took it to a local garage specialising in Peugeots and they said that the engine code hinted at coil pack 3 which they then replaced. The engine light came on driving home and so they took it back in and said it was a loose wire.
I drove it home and all was fine.
Then in September the engine light came on as I drove to the airport as I was going abroad. Came home 4 days later to find it wouldn't start.
It's just been in the dealership now and they've asked about how it got to this point. I explained the above and they said it seemed strange as the engine is full of water to the point they thought it had been driven through a fjord!
I can only think that the turbo inlet pipe had been sucking up water for some time and only registered once it had filled the engine. But all that seems strange that the car has driven for 4 months full of water until it seized on 26th September.
I am by no means a mechanic, but can't think how the engine would take in water except through the pin holes in the turbo that was repaired in early June but then no idea how it drove until now without seizing long before now.
It is a very unique circumstance so I am presuming no one else has had this issue but does anyone have any idea how this might have happened other than my thoughts?

They're putting the engine back together as is, as they quoted £6.5k for a reconditioned engine and I can't see the car being worth much more than that (or 10k for a brand new engine).
