GloveBox Clip Broken

Hey, I need some help in knowing how to fix my broken glovebox clip. It broke this morning and I currently have a piece of tape over the light button to turn it off so it doesn't flatten my battery.

Do you know if I can replace just the clip? If I can, do you know how to install it?
Or do I need to replace the whole glovebox? I saw one for sale in the UK atm for example.

Do you think I could even glue it?

Please any help is appreciated.

Yeah its in half so tricky as its broke off where the most stress occurs on these type of catches you could try epoxy resin glue or plastic weld or alternatively sourcing a used cover off ebay or a breakers yard if glue fails ?

I bought one from the wreckers - had to buy the whole glove box then we managed to fix the original one. So now I have one for sale if anyone needs one.

Yes that is why I got it fixed. So I have one if anyone needs a working that includes all the fittings and light, please reach out.
