Not sure if it's all one part, or if there is a cover over the airbag. Either way, just wondered if it came with it, for those who might be interested in buying..... (I've already got one :eusa-whistle: ).

the centre cap houses the airbag and is the same size on both the sport steering wheel and the original steering wheel. just swap them over and you're good to go. i still have my original steering wheel. can't seem to sell the damn thing....

How's that wheel different to a standard one or do most come with a sports wheel anyway ?

if my memory serves me right the sports wheel is 2 inches smaller in diameter to the original wheel and feels much nicer to hold. the original wheel is like one used to steer the titanic!!
i think most of the newer built RCZ's came standard with the RCZ sports steering wheel which also has the logo at the bottom which looks quite smart. the bigger wheel doesnt have that logo.

You're correct on this point! I quite liked those silver thumb bits on the larger wheel.

Me too. They missed a trick leaving those off the 'Sports' wheel.

AND of course, according to the pictures above, they fitted the sports wheel to the correct side of the car, whereas you would have to lean right over to drive with the standard wheel. Tricky :eusa-think:
