Hi guys what would you recommend for removing what I think are possibly concrete splashes?

Twenty+ years in the concrete industry tells me that there is not a simple solution to removing what I assume to be hardened concrete splashes. All that I can suggest is the obvious........ a good lubricant and patience

Having Googled this it does seem that it's very difficult to remove. Acetone was recommended in one search I did and vinegar.

ooo. not good!
I have had to deal with this alot in my line of work. unless you can get to it when its wet then forget it. it will drop off after some time, but the paint will be stained and will need a good polish out. if you just cant bear it being there (which i believe will do your head in) blast it with the pressure washer and get the chips away guys on it!
Worst comes to worse its a respray!!!
