Thanks very much. It's already busted... can't make it much worse.. LOL> Push comes to shove I'll pay someone to fix it. (That'll hurt... I'm a Scotsman!)
I know it's not a single sensor, the Diagnostics mentioned RH Accelerometer which i assume is Right Hand. Is it behind the bumper? inside the door. Under the dash.
I have a problem with my 2014 2.0 Diesel. I get an alert on the dash on start up for “Airbag-Seat Belt Tensioner” and can’t seem to get it to clear.
It has had a front impact (twice!!) and I have replaced the front bumper cover and at the time what I thought was the impact sensor. The two...
Thanks Verminator, I did an Engineers fix (WD40 and hit it) on the stalk and it did change the display. Looks like the contacts were stuck.... maybe.
Gon a take it off and clean the switches. Good news it works.
I have a 2014 2.0 Diesel RCZ. My main dash display seems to have gone 'Pete Tong'. I stalled at a junction and quickly restarted but for some reason the dash now displays some metrics... MPG, Avg. speed and Distance! The figures never change and I cant seem to get the digital speedo back.
Any...
Odd thing happened the other day, I came back to find the drivers window wound all the way down. I know I hadn't left it open but Is there some button press on the key fob I don't know about that opens the windows automatically ??
BAH Humbug... now even more battered due to an attack by a homicidal Bambi.. Dagnabbit, I've had it less than 6 months
Bad News... it's been written off.
Good News .... I've bought it back and fixed it already... Hurrah !
Does anyone know if there are decent fitted front/rear mudflaps for an RCZ. I use mine as a daily driver so it gets filthy quick, especially its big butt. a nice colour coded set in fibreglass would be nice.
Are they clipped on or is it silicone adhesive/sealer. I have a proper trim removal tool but you need to know where clips are to lever them up without damaging trim.
Got a tyre pump in the boot? If so let one tyre down and see if you get a tyre pressure alert on the dash. And when you pump it back up you get to test the tyre pump works BEFORE you need it. 👌👍
Cost me £30 for half a litre of base coat, probably a couple of quids worth of filler. Local paint factor mixed the paint for me..... like Eric Morecambe says you can't see the join.
RH DRL is smashed. Peugeot want £495 if you can find stock.
So a little ingenuity is required.
A pair of 208 DRL clones, £30 the pair, some steel plate .
Job Done.
