Well today has been interesting to say the least!
Came outside and went to get in the car and the keyfob wouldn't unlock the doors. It wouldn't do anything at all in fact so I assumed dead battery in the fob. So went back inside and grabbed the spare fob... same issue. So now I'm thinking, dead...
My battery is the original one (so it's lasted 9 years which isn't bad) but it's been on its way out for a while and now its time has finally come.
I'm totally lost with which one to get as a replacement though... What's a good one to get and where is the best/cheapest place to get it from...
I just upgraded from the standard Peugeot RCZ key to a Smart LCD Touchscreen Display key and I made the little video below to show how it works - what do you think?
All functions of the original key (Lock, Unlock, Open Boot) are still available, accessed directly from the touchscreen display...
Peugeot is a brand that chooses to regularly overhaul the logo. In the 1960s, the classic shield with a heraldic lion was replaced by a shield with only a lion's head. As of 1968, the shield is omitted. The complete lion returns in 1975, but still without a shield. This logo has since evolved...
Hey, just a heads up for the Admin guys in case you didn't know, the website has been inaccessible on all but mobile devices for about a week now so you might want to look into it. 👍

Need an extra set of eyes when reverse parking? 🧐
Unsure if the active spoiler has deployed to stage one or not? 🤔
Ever wanted to take a sneaky peek at the angry driver behind that you left standing at the last set of lights? 🤨
Well, these 'problems' are now history thanks to a tiny wireless...
One good thing about this lockdown is at least I finally had time to give the car some TLC with a damn good wash, valet and polish. Took all day too but totally worth it! 😎 ✨
People like you are helping to save lives by staying at home. In recognition of this, we’re pleased to be giving back £110 million to our car and van insurance customers in recognition of you staying at home and driving less during the UK-wide Coronavirus lockdown.
A £25 refund will be...
There's no end in sight to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and it's an almost certainty that a full UK lockdown will be in force soon.
So if your RCZ is going to be sat on your drive (not on the road) for a while it might be worth registering a SORN (statutory off-road notification)...
New data from the Department for Transport (DfT) shows exactly where Britain’s worst drivers are.
The findings are based on the number of licence penalty points given to motorists in each postcode area.
In general, Yorkshire doesn’t fare well. In Halifax, Bradford and Huddersfield, nine...
Something cool I've wanted to do for a long time and finally got round to it yesterday - an 'AUDI style' sequential indicator light mod.
Video really doesn't do the flowing light bar justice as it was very sunny when I filmed it earlier but you get the idea - I'm very happy with the results! :D...
