Is the drip continuing or could it just be residual from an oil spillage when filling?
I would definitely rule that out for sure before replacing anything.
I would have thought you had a good case with the garage that sold it to you. The car wasn’t roadworthy with a DPF Delete. That is illegal and an automatic MOT fail (if spotted). 🤔

Are there two separate bulbs - one either side of the mirror ? That’s what I thought, so I thought it might be something else as both are out & unlikely they both went at the same time.

As for the “chirp” while turning the steering wheel, I would have thought it could be related to the power steering so that would be worth investigating too 🤔
I think this is a case of you pays your money and takes your choice.
Main dealers are always know, whatever the brand, to overcharge for the same service (sometimes not even as good a service) that you could get from a decent indie.
The only plus is that their mechanics should be more familiar...
I think this has been discussed before and the opinion was that it was too difficult to retro fit Xenon headlights due to the legal requirements of headlamp washers, amongst other things.

The door seal clips to the chassis not the removable arches, so I wouldn’t have thought it would be a problem. No rain for a few more days at least anyway 🤔
