All the fun of owning a R . Once done hoping no more nasty surprises ;)
Arghhh still no car, they found another problem the pistons on the callipers are rotten. Just ordered a set of Godspeed with seals 🤪 looks like gigantic bill is coming and that’s no exaggeration ☹️
Its normal to feel every bump especially with the poor state of our roads, due to excessive pot holes everywhere. Welcome to the forum. great car and enjoy the drive.
I have maintained my car extremely well since I bought it, had at least 2 services and 1 extra oil change per year. But then it is an R and I intend to keep it as it’s a beast on the road. 😀
They did sort everything when I bought it . Funny thing is the brake discs have lasted until now. Had my spare brake discs about a year and not needed them until now.
I have already bought the brakes awhile ago so only have to paying for the fitting of them. I have 65K on the clock now.
Thanks Les, I will definitely be at Pugfest this year as now I am a committee member ;)

I have asked for a quote from motorway and they are offering close to what I paid for mine which is reasonable and I have had mine about 2 and a bit years and added 20k miles to it. Not selling it though, but have been tempted by a luxury car.

It eventually defrosted for me then all of it stopped working which turned out to be the fuse when I checked it over. Now have another problem with it the warning light comes on every time i use, saying low screen wash even though I have just filled it to the top. I wonder if the pump seal has...
As long as they are in pair ie front/back are the same its fine to mix front/ back.
Also I am not going to bin pilot 4s tyres as most places are charging closer towards £280 a tyre, even though continentals are considered better but are slightly cheaper. meaning I paid around £1k for 4 tyres...
