yep!, we have a wheel re-dresser comes to the office, he did an Audi TT's 19" alloys at £ 45 a corner, painted any colour you like, but he looked at my Solstice and said they need to go on a lathe
this is due to the two tone colour scheme on them, they are not a single colour like most alloys...
£ 403 later, and what a farse!
Turned up yesterday to order the wheel, the main dealer in my area (sounds like Terry's, south coast near the Spinnaker tower) booked me in for 9am the next day. Great! no problem there.
turn up today 9am, and they take the keys, 9:45am and I start asking how...
At 15k miles I had the front two tyres changed, at the time the fitter remarked that one of my wheels was buckled, i.e. it had a flat spot on the inner edge not seen when the wheel if fitted to the car.
anyway, at 18,000 now and I thought I had a puncture, took it to the tyre fitter who removed...

OK, this is a single exposure, camera on tripod, Car placed well away from city lights, deep into darkness.
the trick is to use a white light in front of you hidden from camera, walk around the car highlighting its curves "Light painting"

its a shocking state of affairs, the dealers hands are tied, (its all about money after all)
I hope they stand up to be counted(Peugeot) and sort a fix for this.
It would certainly change my opinion when people ask me about the car when they are thinking...
I hit a deer in a Boxster once, so glad the roof was up as it split and threw green stuff all over the windscreen and roof (horrible)

We passed 2 transporters filled to the ramps with RCZ's in various colours (sorry no photo)
This was Calais and I didnt see which way they were heading :-)
