P1336= Combustion misfiring on unspecified cylinders fault: Not characterised
P1338 = Misfiring fault on cylinders 2
P1340 = Misfiring fault on cylinders 4
P1030 is a fault in the variable valve lift system coherance.
You can read more about it if you search for it on this forums. Can be...
Don't know how the laws are in UK, Here in Sweden it doesn't matter if it's done at peugeot or indipendent dealer.
As long as you are using genuine parts it doesn't matter.
Best of luck :thumbup:
I'd call peugeot directly. just over a year for such vital part of the engine and it already needs replacement!?
Sounds like something wasn't done properly the first time. This is a well know issue too start with and surely shouldn't have to be done every 12 months or so!
Try it out. Myself and two other forum members seem to have got it sorted since it hasn't returned for a long time.
If it returns again within a couple of days/weeks you should probably investigate further as it can be not only the vv coherence but also timing issues.
Does the engine sound good...

I had that fault code once with limp mode etc. Cleared the code with my OBD reader and did a ECU reset. Now 25k kilometers and 1 and ½ year later it hasn't returned and everything is fine... knock...
Välkommen :)
Nice car. I have the same type and i did my arches matte black. was into gloss black at first to better match the roof but now I'm glad i did them matte instead. Looks great! :) what part of sweden are you located in?
KWE should be enough as correct code.
Take note: that Pearl White contains 3 different color coat layers and on top of that metallic.
Very hard even as pro too get it done properly. Use very little paint.
That warranty is only valid if the rust is coming from the inside of the car. Outside rust is usually never worth asking for warranty repair.
Never seen a Peugeot younger then 10 years with rust :(
Yes it does. I know that your car is a few days away, in the meantime download this http://www.manualslib.com/download/6428 ... t-Rcz.html There you'll find most of the info needed :)
