Hi, I am after some advice. The internal fan in my rcz started flicking on and off yesterday. I am assuming this is a loose wire / electrical issue , this has progressed to on ignition the starter motor was trying to kick in prior to turning the ignition key fully , after the stop indicator has gone off.
I've taken a video of it but the site indicates its in an invalid format!

Internal fan do you mean the heater blower or the main Rad fan when you insert the key does the starter immediately click intermittently ?
A low battery has been known to cause the starting cycle problems & affect other electrical systems also a bad ignition switch can also be symptomatically faulty you should firstly check/ test the Battery
You could try the BSI reset to see if its a ancillary fault issue or maybe ignition key has issues
Hook up a scanner to check if there are no electrical faults present

I would still check the battery as for the heater blower it may be BSI issue you could possibly have a open circuit somewhere
