Hi all thanks for all your help it was my ecu, I had cloned and replaced for another ecu now the fault has gone, just need to rebuild everything run the engine upto temp to make sure all is good but so far temp doesn't shoot up after 3 secs what a journey 🙄
So yes the ecu was messed about with before actually had the company's phone number on it when I rang they had found no fault with it in 2019, I've sent my ecu off now to get cloned if that doesn't solve it then I'll book in into my local Peugeot specialist
This is what I suspected but I actually rewired the 3 wires positive negative and signal straight from the new pump straight into the ecu and I cut the 3 wires from the old loom incase of and shorts to eliminate it completely still fault won't go I'm stumped thinking it can only be the ecu?
I checked all the loom I even went as far as cutting the 3 wires from the ecu the the pump and rewired it and still comes up with fault I think ecu maybe next step.
Thanks Pedro defibayely gonna check it out, I did remove the inlet manifold to fit the coolant pipe so could have got wet, I'll let you know if I find anything 👍
